Acceptance

By using SERP01, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

SERP01 provides pay-per-use SEO reporting tools. Credits are allocated to your account by your administrator and consumed when reports are run. SERP01 does not process payments; credits never expire.

Account access

Access is granted via a unique access code. You are responsible for keeping your access code secure. SERP01 is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use SERP01 to scrape, resell, or redistribute data in bulk, circumvent rate limits, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Data retention

Reports are stored for 60 days from the date of creation and then permanently deleted. You are responsible for saving any data you wish to retain beyond that period.

Limitation of liability

SERP01 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on report data or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
